According to Yeezy Mafia, the upcoming KITH x Adidas ACE 16+ PureControl Ultra Boost will come in a pastel “Vapour Pink” shade, similar to the color spotted on the Adidas NMD R1 released in January 2017.
The forthcoming KITH x Adidas ACE 16+ Ultra Boost collection will be released as part of KITH’s Aspen collection – a series of collaborative projects featuring limited capsule collections such as the Ronnie Fieg x Timberland collaboration as well as the KITH x Adidas Ultra Boost Mid “Aspen”, released in December 2016.
From the looks of it, no changes have been made to the sneakers’ laceless sock silhouette. Instead, the Adidas ACE 16+ is given a Vapour Pink makeover on the sneakers’ Primeknit outer. Additionally, the sneakers will also come with reflective 3M three stripes on the side, and a white heel counter to match the Boost sole underfoot.
The shoes also appear to come packaged in a striking Vapour Pink box, together with a Vapour Pink Adidas bottle opener.
The Adidas ACE 16+ PureControl Ultra Boost shoes is a minimalist silhouette, inspired by the brand’s ACE 16+ football cleats. The sneakers also feature a FITCOUNTER molded heel which provides a natural fit and a rubber outsole for extra traction and grip on wet and dry surfaces.
No release date has been announced just yet but stay tuned to Straatosphere for more updates.
