Tom Cruise will be looking to dominate the box office as he steps into the role of Ethan Hunt in the upcoming Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation movie.
Mission: Impossible first hit the silver screen back in 1996 and created an action superstar out of Tom Cruise. 19 years on and three sequels later, there’s hardly any sign of the franchise stopping or of the 52 year-old Cruise aging, as the just-released trailer for the newest installment, Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, shows.
Based on the teaser, the plot seems pretty clear-cut. Impossible Mission Force (IMF) agent Ethan Hunt embarks on an action-packed mission with his team to take down the Syndicate, an international rogue organization that’s devoted to eradicating the IMF and possesses formidable skills to do the job. Similar to the previous installments, audiences can expect plenty of breath-taking moments as Hunt does the impossible, like hanging on for dear life on a moving plane.
Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation will be released in Singapore on July 30th.
