The sneaker offers the good looks of Virgil Abloh’s Off-White x Nike Blazer but at an affordable GR pricing. The Nike Blazer Low ’77 Jumbo is constructed out of a similar mix of materials around the ankle collar, a bold layered Swoosh and de-constructed design cues around the toebox and heel. The end result is so similar to the Off-White x Nike Blazer that sneakerheads would need to take a second look to confirm it’s not Virgil’s work.

This drop is part of Nike’s long list of Blazer releases. Besides having multiple GR retros in both mid and low cuts, the silhouette has also been chosen for collaborations with brands like Kaws, Sacai and Acronym.

One of the most famous Nike Blazer collabs is the Off-white x Nike Blazer Mid. Those were part of Virgil Abloh’s iconic “The Ten” collection where he reworked ten famous Nike silhouettes. The Off-White Blazer Mid featured an oversized swoosh, the Off-White print, deconstructed design cues and the classic zip tie. Being one of the more coveted silhouettes in the “The Ten” collection, Blazer Mid now sells for about S$2,206 on StockX.
