He puts his signature monochromatic twist on the Alyx x Nike Air Force 1 High with special hardware to differentiate the sneaker.

After releasing a motocross-inspired collab with Stussy and a super clean timepiece with Audemars Piguet, Matthew Williams is now set to drop a Paris exclusive Alyx x Nike Air Force 1 High. The sneaker continues his signature monochromatic color scheme and uses what seems like high quality tumbled leather. In images he shared on Instagram, the sneaker appears to be lined with leather on the inner panels as well.

The sneaker comes in four different colorways – “triple black”, “triple white”, “black/white” and “white/black”. The “black/white” and “white/black” colorway will have monotone uppers with white and black Swooshes respectively. The “white/black” variant stands out from the rest, with black midsoles and rollercoaster buckle on a super clean white leather upper.

The buckle itself bears the Nike logo surrounded by Alyx’s technical texts. Besides the buckle, the sneakers come with a lasered “1017 A L Y X 9SM” tag on the heel. To complete the 1017 Alyx 9sm vibe, special dubraes with “1017” engraved across it embellishes the laces.
