Death Threads also offers rare, vintage band tees.
The store will launch with about a hundred unique vintage pieces that include apparel, accessories such as caps, and footwear (a mix of Nike, Vans, Reebok, etc.).
Items are only offered in-store, which means if you see something you like, you should probably buy it quick.
Death Threads is fronted by Deon Phua (of Tell Your Children fame) and Edmund Tan.
The pair started Death Threads as a result of a shared appreciation for vintage apparel.
“It’s nice to sometimes take a step back from all the hype surrounding streetwear and focus instead on more unique and rare apparel from older brands,” Deon told Straatosphere.
The founders also hope the store will serve the small but tight-knit community of vintage enthusiasts here in Singapore.
“If the response is good, we would like to work towards having a buy-sell-trade type of system in-store, in the future. Those familiar with Round Two would know,” said Deon.
Death Threads is open from Saturday, June 17. The store, located at 188-8 Tanjong Katong Road, will only be open on weekends from 11am to 5pm for a start.
