Fred Perry x Thames London collection: where skate sensibilities meet tennis chic.

Fred Perry teams up with Thames London to create a skater-meets-tennis champ collection for Fall/Winter 2017.

Thames London is a skate brand by Blondey McCoy, South-London skater, designer and artist.

“I was bored of skating in T-shirts, so I started wearing Fred Perry shirts. I love the silhouette and how their clothes have been re-interpreted by so many different cultures and I always thought ‘I’d love to see my logo on that,'” said Blondey McCoy in a press statement.

The Fred Perry x Thames London collection includes a collaborative sweater and t-shirt, outerwear, tennis bands, and shoes. Pieces in the collection come in a palette of colors that range from tonal black to bright pink. Each item features Fred Perry’s iconic laurel wreath and Thames’ ‘T’ branding.

The sneakers, inspired by Fred Perry’s tennis heritage, come in a minimalist white and green colorway. Fred Perry’s laurel wreath logo is emblazoned on the sides of the shoe.
