Building up to this year’s Air Max Day on March 26, Nike is releasing special renditions from the Air Max lineup. Expected to drop on March 20 are two ionic silhouettes – the Air Max 1 and Air Max 95. Inspired by the retro 70s, the sneakers will come in bright colorways and playful graphics as part of the “Have A Nike Day” collection.
It will also feature premium uppers in suede, with synthetic overlays for the Air Max 95 and a mix of suede and mesh for the Air Max 1. To complete the “Have A Nike Day” vibe, a playful graphic with a Nike Swoosh smile will appear on the Air Max 95’s tongue. As for the Air Max 1, the smiley will feature as lace pins instead.
