Following in the footsteps of Cactus Plant Flea Market, and CDG, Korean retailer Kasina is getting their chance to create their very own Nike Dunk Low. Grateful Dead x Nike SB Dunk Low

Upcoming Nike Dunks Releases Grateful Dead x Nike SB Dunk Low all colorways

The 1960s psychedelic rock band has lent their dancing bears logo to Nike for their upcoming collaboration. The makeup of the sneaker collection draws heavy inspiration from the logo — which will feature brightly colored, furry, and suede uppers. A striking neon swoosh cuts across the lateral sides of the sneaker, which are color-matched to the scarfs worn by each bear. Just like the scarf, the sneaker also has the same jagged edges on one side of the Swoosh. To top it all off, the emblem of the bear is added to the top of the tongue.

Nike SB Dunk High “Atlas”

Upcoming Nike Dunks Releases Nike SB Dunk High “Atlas”

Rumors do suggest that the Nike SB Dunk High “Atlas” is a collaboration with Atlas Skateboards. But even if it is not, the sneaker is nothing short of a rebellious take on the classic skate sneaker. For one, the entire upper is constructed out of cracked leather – something we have not seen on any recent releases from Nike. On top of that, the tongue tab has been entirely removed and replaced with a “Nike SB Atlas” embroidery. Smooth grey suede is used on the mudguard and heel wrap, contrasting the rest of the rough upper. The yellow cream laces add a vintage feel to the finishing touches, which also matches the yellow drop shadow around the lateral Swoosh.

Co-branding appears prominently on the heel and tongue tab, with black laces and Swooshes to finish off the collaboration.
