A highlight of the event was a showcase of the ASICS Tiger Spring/Summer 2015 lineup of sneakers. Familiar silhouettes like the GEL-LYTE III, GEL-LYTE V and GELSAGA were joined by the GEL-SIGHT, a running trainer model that was first introduced in 1992, which will be re-issued in various colorways this year. Other prominent models that make up the ASICS Tiger range include the GT-II, GEL-KAYANO TRAINER, GT-QUICK and the NIPPON MADE (GEL-LYTE III) that’s manufactured in Japan with premium materials.

Wouldn’t you want a room like this too?

Those in attendance were treated to an installation that resembled a sneakerhead’s room, where over 30 pairs of limited edition ASICS Tiger sneakers, like the highly coveted Ronnie Fieg x ASICS Tiger GEL-LYTE III “Salmon Toe” and the entire Patta x ASICS Tiger collection, were contributed by Singapore sneaker collector and Straat Your Stuff alumni, Rashid Rahman.
