The brunch culture has caught on big time in Singapore and it’s probably in recognition of this that Luxe Sydney decided to set up shop on Keong Saik Road.

Luxe Singapore may be a brunch place but it offers more than just poached eggs and toast. In fact, its latest brunch menu, launched in September this year, offers brunch-seekers plenty of choices.

Artisan Sourdough Bread with Housemade Jam

Traditionalists can opt for the Artisan Sourdough Bread with Housemade Jam. It may not have the bells and whistles of more fanciful brunch creations, but it certainly is comforting.

Fitness enthusiasts can fuel up on the refreshing Quinoa and Chia Seed Pudding with Coconut Yogurt and Fresh Fruit, one of the healthier choices on the menu that’s high on nutrients and fiber. For something with more zest, opt for the Granola with Blood Orange Pomegranate Salad instead.

If your escapades from the night before leave you famished the next day, treat yourself to the Aussie Breakfast, a platter that’s fit for a king. The dish is topped generously with scrambled eggs, bacon, cumin toast, pork and fennel sausages, avocado and mushrooms.
