1. Wall of Supreme
Lined up right at the entrance of the Street Superior Festival, there’s no way you would’ve missed this – except if you were blindfolded. The massive Supreme deck collection is the largest ever to be displayed in Singapore and it featured some rare pieces. These include the bootleg Louis Vuitton design that got Supreme into a bit of trouble before the pair’s official collaboration in 2017.
2. Street Superior “Surprize”
A lot of us were at the Street Superior Festival to soak up both the sneakers and the culture. But with S$50,000 worth of prizes up for grabs at this year’s event, there was even more reason to celebrate last weekend. Did you get lucky?
3. Keeping the culture alive
The Street Superior Festival marketplace featured a myriad booths to cop grails from, but it was the sight of the trading pit that proved most exciting. Sneakerheads of all ages came together with the latest heat to buy, sell and trade. If anything, it shows that the culture isn’t lost on the new generation.
4. Parra-monium!
One of the best things about sneaker conventions is getting up close and personal with rare sneakers. The booths at Street Superior didn’t disappoint, especially this pile of F&F Parra Air Max 1 spotted at the marketplace.
5. Impossible not to eat
It’s all fun and games until you get hungry. Our empty bellies were grateful for the presence of the Goodburger, a food truck startup serving up juicy burgers made from the highly raved plant-based Impossible meat. If you didn’t get to try it, here’s our take: it’s impossible not to love.
6. Customs galore
Customs are the way to go if you want to set yourself apart from other sneakerheads. At the Street Superior Festival, there was definitely no shortage of customs on display. We especially loved this fun showcase by TK Customs.
7. LE Launch Pad
Limited Edt once again proved to be one of the highlights of the Street Superior Festival. With gashapon machines to score points and lottery-style balloting for sneakers, you won’t get another experience like this again.
8. Frenzy!
Exclusive launches were a feature at the event courtesy of Limited Edt, but nothing was quite like the special Frenzy app drop on Sunday. Once the Air Jordan van decorated in the “Fearless” colorway was in sight, the crowd situation snowballed right outside the marketplace and festival village. For the lucky winners, it was one for the memory books with a once-in-a-lifetime experience of purchasing straight from an Air Jordan van.
9. Sneaker treats

There are limited edition sneakers, and then there are limited edition sneaker-inspired baked goods. Sneakerheads with a sweet tooth flocked to @missvandough for her delectable brownies, cookies, brookies, nutella cookie cups and more. The confections sold out really quickly though – were you one of the lucky ones who got to try the treats?
10. A toy story
The Street Superior festival truly brought together people of various interests. With an entire floor dedicated to toys, even sneakerheads get to check out the hype from designer toys to old-school figurines.
11. Lucky hour
Limited Edt truly outdid themselves this year. If you were hoping for a bit of luck to close out 2019, Singapore’s premier sneaker boutique was ready to give it all. Attendees kept their eyes on the clock to find out if they were the winners in Limited Edt’s hourly lucky draw. If you weren’t one of these lucky winners, don’t fret. There will always be the next Street Superior Festival to look forward to.
