Superga and Singapore-based online personality, Andrea Chong, are back with yet another collaboration. The upcoming collection, named A New Day, will have quite the daunting task of matching up to the wildly successful first Superga x Drea Chong collaboration. Launched in June last year, the first collection sold out islandwide within 48 hours.
The exclusive collection arrives in three muted colorways – Breeze, Glory, and Seafoam – envisioned through Andrea Chong’s lens of a chill summer holiday, inspired by the sun, sea, and sky. The silhouette is a combination of Superga’s signature slip-on mule and espadrille sole – two of Andrea’s favorite models.
The Superga x Drea Chong sneaker features premium denim uppers topped off with matte beige eyelets and aglets. But it’s not just a sneaker collection. The attention to detail makes each item every bit a collectible – from the customized shoe box illustrated by Manila-based creative Soleil Ignacio to the tote bag.
