The brand seems to have dug deeper into Nike’s archives this time, picking out a long-unseen retro silhouette. Here’s a closer look.

Supreme’s penchant for the unusual stems from the fact that the brand plays by its own rules. Whether it’s a collection featuring Nike’s most popular sneakers, an unprecedented collab with Louis Vuitton or a plain ol’ brick slapped with Supreme branding, it is sure to be met with fanfare. Come next year, there will be another test of the streetwear brand’s unfaltering popularity if leaked images of the Supreme x Nike Air Cross Trainer 3 Low prove to be true.

supreme x nike air cross trainer 3 low leaked images closer lookReputable sources on social media have all come out to introduce the next Supreme and Nike collaboration. The sneaker, a lesser-known retro silhouette from the 90s, will finally take its long-awaited place in the spotlight come 2020. Two colorways of the Supreme x Nike Air Cross Trainer 3 Low will likely arrive as part of the brand’s spring 2020 collection. One features a Gucci-esque makeup with red, green and black colors enveloping the premium leather uppers while the other channels the vibrancy of retro sneakers in a combination of red, green, yellow, white and black color-blocking. All the attention, however, will undoubtedly come from the rear, where Supreme’s highly coveted branding makes its less than subtle appearance just below the “Nike Air” heel branding.

Only time will tell whether fans will take to the Supreme x Nike Air Cross Trainer 3 Low collaboration. But given the brand’s success with unusual products in the past, we have no doubt these will sell out just as fast.
