The Air Jordan 1 Low OG EX is returning in “Coconut Milk”

On May 25, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG EX will come in a new colorway dubbed “Coconut Milk”. This is a continuation of the popular “Dark Smoke Grey” colorway that dropped at the end of 2022.

Jordan Brand has introduced the newest addition to their EX collection, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG EX “Coconut Milk”. If you liked the deconstructed aesthetic of the popular Air Jordan 1 Low OG EX ‘Dark Smoke Grey’, then look out for its counterpart which is coming in a lighter colorway on May 25.

At first glance, the exposed finishing and paneling makes it look like an Off-White rendition of the Air Force 1 Low. Nike calls the water-resistant shoe an “unfinished” masterpiece as it features a deconstructed aesthetic with exposed and frayed foam edges on the Swooshes and overlays, giving it a three-dimensional look. The white base on the shoe upper features soft, sail-colored overlays and a black Swoosh. Likewise, the upper sits on a sail-colored midsole and black rubber outsole. Nike Air branding is seen on the tab of the pink-hued tongue and insoles with the heel featuring an embroidered Air Jordan branding.

The AJ1 “Coconut Milk” features Air Jordan branding on its heel and exposed foam edges on its tongue and collar.

The shoe originally debuted in the “Dark Smoke Grey” colorway last year. It featured an inside-out aesthetic and the same deconstructed style. The two design designs have been incredibly popular ever since the late Virgil Abloh unveiled the Off-White x Air Jordan 1 High. The Air Jordan 1 Low OG EX is one of the best iterations that feature these two details by Jordan brand.

With the success of the previous colorway and its versatility with a neutral-toned colorway, the Air Jordan 1 Low OG EX “Coconut Milk” is likely to sell out.
