Ambush and Levi’s deliver a punk and luxe denim collection

The new Ambush x Levi’s SS23 collection arrives in Singapore on January 12. The exclusive release builds on the first collection that dropped in late 2022, this time exploring a different aspect of the denim brand’s heritage.

  • For their second collection, Ambush and Levi’s explore the denim brand’s presence in biking communities.
  • The collection brings back the co-branded Levi’s Two Horse Pull patch that was first unveiled in the 2022 collection.
  • Ambush mixes shadow pockets and patches and oversized proportions to add a punk yet luxe aesthetic to the collaboration.

Ambush and Levi’s build on their 2022 collaboration to deliver a brand new Spring/Summer 23 collection that’s set to drop on January 12 in Singapore — a Southeast Asia exclusive. Taking inspiration from motorbike culture, the two-piece collection contains a biker jacket and jean reconstructed through the punk yet luxurious vision of Ambush.

Both pieces come with shadow patches and pockets that lend the collection a distressed, washed appearance. A look that is achieved by adding patches during the wash process and then removing them to reveal a permanent “shadow” on the denim. The shadows appear on the chest and sleeves of the jacket and on the back pocket of the jeans.

Nods to bike culture come in the form of accordion detailing on the back of the jacket, zips on the cuffs of the jacket sleeves and snap-button latches on both items. Completing the collaborative touches are the pop collar and special black co-branded patches on the rear of the jacket and jean.

Limited quantities of the Ambush x Levi’s SS23 collection will be available exclusively at the Levi’s ION Orchard store in Singapore on January 12. For more information, visit www.levi.com.sg or follow @levis_sea
