A longtime collaborator with ASICS Tiger, it comes as no surprise that USA sneaker retailer BAIT would make it to the list for this year’s 25th anniversary celebration of the GEL-LYTE III.
Black full-grain leather from Japan, paired with tilapia and snakeskin-embossed suede, form the uppers, with reflective wire mesh on the split-tongue and a speckled midsole giving this sneaker much oomph.
3M hexagon-shaped perforations surround the ASICS formstripes, while leather lines the inside of this luxurious sneaker. ASICS Tiger and BAIT branding can be prominently found on the split-tongue, insole and icy outsole. Wearers can choose between silver 3M, black waxed rope or black waxed flat laces that come with the sneakers.
The BAIT x ASICS Tiger GEL-LYTE III “Nightmare” is set to drop this Saturday, September 26th, at a retail price of S$299. Available exclusively at Limited Edt.
