Brad Pitt on Getting Through Pain: “I’ve Been Listening to a Lot of Frank Ocean”

Brad Pitt names Frank Ocean in a revealing interview he gave GQ recently.

In an interview with GQ, Brad Pitt reveals he became a fan of Frank Ocean’s music only recently, while working through a painful divorce from Angelina Jolie.

“I find this young man (Ocean) so special. Talk about getting to the raw truth. He’s painfully honest. He’s very, very special.”

“I just got R&B for the first time. R&B comes from great pain, but it’s a celebration. To me, it’s embracing what’s left,” he added.

Pitt has hopped on the bandwagon at the right time. The singer dropped two new albums last August and multiple collaborations over the past few weeks, giving this newfound fan of Ocean plenty of content to dive into.
