In the early 2000s, Nike released a bunch of Japan-exclusives, one of which was the Ugly Duckling pack that consisted of three Nike Dunks. The pack got its name from the unusual combination of colors that the Dunks came in. In 2020, the Nike Dunk Low Plum was the first sneaker from the pack to get a re-release. This week, Nike follows up on that with the re-release of the “Ceramic” Dunk, which drops on November 19.
The sneaker is an identical recreation of the original “Ceramic” Dunk. Black suede acts as the base with ceramic orange panels creating the signature Dunk look. Hits of Nori Green appear on the Swooshes, laces and heel tab. The earthy suede upper sits on a white midsole and ceramic orange outsole.
Like the classic Dunk, the sneaker gets a mesh black tongue with the Nori Green Swoosh branding on the tab. Completing the sneaker is a matching orange insole.
The Nike Dunk Low Ceramic will arrive in a full-size run which includes toddler sizes. That’s heat for the whole fam.
