Ronnie Fieg has been utilizing the Air Force 1 to pay homage to the cities that have embraced his label Kith. The first Air Force 1 was an ode to his store in New York, the city where Kith’s story began. The next sneaker was unveiled at the launch of his flagship store in Tokyo, the Kith x Air Force 1 Tokyo. So the leaked Kith Air Force 1 Paris begs the question: is a French flagship on the way?
The Kith x Air Force 1 Paris arrives with a full white leather upper with accent colors inspired by the French flag. Ronnie Fieg also applies the Kith logo-jacquard to the mid-section of the sneaker. Completing the look is an off-white midsole, which lends the shoe a vintage appeal.
The blue-white-red color scheme is subtly applied to sneaker. Blue hits are found on the satin sock liner and heel tab while red is accented around the tongue. The flag itself pops up in the embroidered forefoot Swoosh and “Kith Air” branding on the tongue tab.
Just like its Japan inspired sibling, the Kith Air Force 1 Paris has been rumored to signify the launch of a French flagship Kith store.
