Decked completely in PUMA’s newly launched apparel, Lewis Hamilton took centerstage as he soaked up the energy of over a hundred PUMA trainers to engage in street training workouts and workshops, among other activities.
The partnership seeks to promote a performance philosophy recognizing a wider preference for street training along urban cityscapes. Lewis Hamilton is an obvious choice for the “24/7” campaign, what with the need for him to stay in shape for speed and endurance – all this, despite an incredibly hectic schedule.
In an interview with Footwear News, Hamilton explained that being decked out in PUMA gear in the cockpit has helped him get more out of his racing, especially his boots, which he says, “are the lightest — as light as socks”.
The successful Formula One driver joins a stable of athletes signed to PUMA which includes retired track superstar Usain Bolt and footballer Olivier Giroud, among others.
Having clinched the F1 world championships already, let’s hope Hamilton’s latest partnership with PUMA propels him forward and wins him more titles in the future.
Keep up with Lewis Hamilton 24/7 on Facebook and Instagram.
