The Logitech Wireless Charging Mouse Pad: the End of Dead Batteries?

The wireless charging mouse pad by Logitech makes input lag, wireless disconnects, and dead batteries things of the past.

The Logitech wireless charging mouse pad features the Powerplay system that creates an electromagnetic energy field to charge your wireless mouse as you play.

The Powerplay system works together with a Powercore module, which is attached magnetically to the underside of the mouse. Once placed on the charging pad, the mouse will receive charging, even during play.

Besides its charging tech, the Powerplay system also boasts a new Lightspeed wireless technology that promises to deliver “unrivaled connectivity” and “power performance”. Key features include a one-millisecond report rate and end-to-end signal optimization.

In addition, Logitech will also be throwing in both cloth and hard surfaces for the mouse pad, allowing you to swap them on the fly depending on your gaming preferences.
