Mark McNairy for Norse Projects Spring/Summer 2013

The Mark McNairy for Norse Projects partnership storms back for Spring/Summer 2013 with two styles to choose from – the chukka and the penny loafer.

By Vincent Teoh

Copenhagen-based Norse Projects has teamed up with designer Mark McNairy for a capsule
collection of crepe-soled footwear. The collaboration mixes McNairy’s New York designed British
manufactured shoes and Norse’s minimalistic style together to create a collection of two signature
chukka boots and one penny loafer.

All three shoes feature buttery suede uppers, leather lining, slightly heeled crepe soles and contrast color welts – drawing inspiration from Norse’s SS13 collection. The chukkas come in Navy and Dirty Buck colorways while the penny loafer comes only in Navy.
