Times are changing and the Oxford Dictionary is keeping up.
Other choice words include slang terms such as “#squadgoals”, “haterade”, and “biatch”.
Mashable reports that past additions have words including “awesomesauce”, “manspreading”, and everyone’s favorite excuse: “butt- dialed”.

To those unhappy at Oxford’s decision to include these millennial terms, here’s what the Dictionary has to say: “Slang terms are just as real as any other word, and are included in the dictionary in just the same way. Slang includes text speak, which tends to be abbreviations of words – which are also just as valid as any other word.” Read the full statement here.
Other interesting entries that made its way into this year’s edition are “craptacular” (defined as Remarkably poor and disappointing), “otherize” (a person or group of people different from and alien to oneself), as well as “herd mentality” (the tendency for people’s behavior or beliefs to conform to those of the group to which they belong).
