Amazing Paper Sculpture of Biggie Smalls Stretches Out like an Accordion

This sculpture looks like a stone bust, but it’s actually made of layers of paper.

Artist Felix Semper created this amazing paper sculpture to commemorate the late Brooklyn rapper, Biggie Smalls.

Designed in the late rapper’s likeness, it took Felix three months to create this playful sculpture by hand. Made to look like a stone bust, it can be stretched and retracted like an accordion.

Calling it ‘Big Poppa’, Felix also took to the streets of New York City and invited members of the public to interact with his creation.

In an interview with Designboom, Felix said, “I like to take my sculptures from the art galleries to the public so the average person that normally does not go to an art gallery can be introduced to art”.
