The Adidas NMD Hu Trail has somewhat faded from the minds of sneakerheads for a while now. With subsequent releases not quite reaching the heights of its debut colorways, the sneaker slowly lost its hype. But a new leak suggests we could be looking at the resurgence of Pharrell Williams’ signature sneaker with Adidas. Four new tonal colorways could be slated to drop, and judging from the leaked images, it’s easy to see the hype growing again for this once covetable sneakers.
Whether you favor multi-hued or monochromatic ‘fits, Adidas has got you covered, as the Adidas NMD Hu Trail collection will feature two bold iterations – Volt and pink – and two neutral renditions – one of them murdered-out in triple black. You’ll still find the signature messages across the forefoot of the latest sneakers, with the Volt iteration featuring a message in Chinese on one side. The gum-colored trail sole fitted on all four of the sneakers is a highlight which lends a classic feel to the modern silhouette.
Whether the upcoming Adidas NMD Hu Trail will generate the same buzz as the debut collection remains to be seen. In the meantime, we’ll just have to wait for more information on the sneaker’s release details.
