For the ladies, those days of buying Kith in the smallest size are over.
Ronnie Fieg’s creations run the gamut of footwear and menswear, next in line is Kith Women, the name of both his new womenswear collection and a womenswear store in New York.
According to Fashionista, Fieg saw there was a gap to fill when he noticed that the smallest sizes of his menswear line were often sold out first, and that a substantial number of online orders were addressed to women.
Fashionista reports that the collection doesn’t abide by a ‘”borrowed from the boys” approach where it comes to style and fit’, and only a select number of Kith menswear classics were reinterpreted for the women’s line. The collection features up to 60 styles that are “seasonless, solid-colored and made from lightweight and super soft materials.”
Kith Women will debut at its women-dedicated store, located at 64 Bleecker St in New York City on KithNYC.com on December 19th.
