Sneakersnstuff x adidas Originals EQT Running Guidance 93 “Malt”

Inspired by an old brewery, Sneakersnstuff joins forces with adidas Originals to release a refreshing rendition of the EQT Running Guidance 93 silhouette.

The EQT Running Guidance 93 is a 90s adidas sneaker silhouette which saw a return last year, giving sneaker boutiques and its likes yet another medium on which they could unleash their creative juices. Despite some impressive pieces including the King Push and Solebox collaborations, the classic sneaker has remained relatively low-key especially in the Asia-Pacific region, with not many sneakerheads showing love for it. But that could change with this upcoming release.

Stockholm sneaker store Sneakersnstuff reworks the adidas Originals EQT Running Guidance 93 with a color palette that is nothing less than pleasing to the eye. The “Malt” rendition draws inspiration from the Stockholm Brewery Co. across from the Sneakernstuff flagship store. The toe cap of the shoe is dressed in mint green hues while shades of brown drape the rest of the entire upper, all of which housed on an off-white rubber midsole. Additional features include artwork on the insoles and a copper lace jewel to symbolize the copper kettles used to brew beer in.

The Sneakersnstuff x adidas Originals EQT Running Guidance 93 “Malt” is set to drop May 16th with a retail price of US$109 at Sneakersnstuff.
