Pixie Lott’s third and latest album has been in the works since 2012, so it’s about time it saw the light of day. Unfortunately, the supposedly “Motown-inspired” album leaves a lot more soul to be desired. A poor imitation of a cross between Christina Aguilera’s 2002 album Stripped and the sounds of early Amy Winehouse, this album will keep hardcore Lott fans happy, but it’s not enough to convert the non-believing Lott, we mean, lot.
