Supreme confirms the collaboration with Nike — a reimagination of the Shox silhouette.
Supreme and Nike introduce a collaboration that offers the Nike Shox Ride 2 in four new colorways of sneakers. The colorways include red, black, white, and green. Each pair will come with co-branded insoles and packaging.
The Supreme Nike Shox Ride 2 is constructed with a mesh base and leather overlapping on top. The four Shox feature Supreme branding.
Nike Shox debuted in the early 2000s as a pair that provided balance and support. It is especially fitting during physical activity when the heel strikes harshly on the ground. The Shox pillars come into play by reducing the impact for the wearer.
The collaboration also includes a range of running hats that are made of Dri-Fit and mesh material with logos embroidered on them. For a better fit, Wearers can adjust the width of the hat using the webbing strap closure.
The Supreme and Nike collaboration will drop this Thursday on the Supreme website. However, the collaboration will drop in Japan only on June 25. The shoes that are part of the collection will retail for US$$190 (approx. S$263).
