With the Golden State Warriors advancing to the NBA finals and looking likely to be champions, you may soon be able to wear the Under Armour Curry 2 “Gold Rings” with pride.
At the Under Armour & Champs Sports launch back in May 6th, Under Armour revealed a pair of Curry 2s that came with metallic gold laces and heel cage, as a reference to the Larry O’Brien trophy.
It now looks like this player-exclusive shoe will be available to the general public. The Under Armour Curry 2 comes with a white upper and an inner tongue that features the 2015 championship ring with Under Armour and Stephen Curry’s “SC/30” logos in the center. At the heel counter, the phrase “I can do all things…” has been placed as well.
The release of this shoe comes at an appropriate time, with the Warriors overcoming the Oklahoma City Thunders and making their way to the NBA finals.
The Under Armour Curry II “Gold Rings” is priced at US$130 and will be released on June 4th. Definitely a must cop for all the Dubs fans out there.
