Stephen Curry’s fourth signature shoe, the Under Armour Curry 4, made its debut in Game 1 of the NBA finals.
Design-wise, it features a gold speckled white midsole and an icy blue outsole. Additionally, a golden Under Armour and “SC” emblem can also be found on the heels.
According to online sources, Curry was heavily involved in the design process of the shoe. “It’s really the first shoe that Steph was involved in every step in the process from the ideation all the way through to the finished product,” said Ryan Drew, VP and GM of Under Armour’s global basketball business.
“He wanted the knit part of the shoe at the tip to have a seamless intersection between the foot and the ankle especially when he wears the braces,” Drew added.
The UA Curry 4 hits stores in early October. No other details about the shoes have been announced.
