Its official, Uniqlo is re-releasing their Kaws Summer collection!

The Uniqlo x Kaws Collection caused quite a stir, with viral videos showing fans rampaging through malls, fighting to get a piece.

A selection of the original collection will drop on August 30, both online and in-stores.

We all remember the viral videos from earlier this year, showing crazed fans of the hyped collection running through malls and bending metal barricades just to cop a piece from the collection. Well, we might be looking at a second round of chaos. Uniqlo has confirmed that they will re-release selected designs from the original 22-piece collection.

The re-release consists of a mix of t-shirts and tote bags featuring the iconic Kaws designs. There are a few designs still available on the Uniqlo website, but they will not be part of the drop – time to cop ’em before they are gone.

The BFF-themed collection originally dropped on June 2019, with an intensely positive response. Most of the collection sold out, with very few designs available on the second day – we tried to cop a few ourselves and it didn’t work out so well. The designs are minimalist and focus on Kaws companions with their BFFs.

For those who missed out on the original drop, this is a good chance to cop yourself a few pieces from the sold-out collection. Each customer is limited to purchase one piece per color per design, which should help keep the scalpers at bay so you can get your hands on something you like.
