According to Sports Techie, both Usain Bolt and PUMA are preparing to score the 2017 IAAF World Championships with the PUMA Speed IGNITE NETFIT.

The world’s fastest man is reportedly training with the PUMA Speed IGNITE NETFIT for the 2017 IAAF World Championships held from Friday, May 5 to Sunday, May 21 in London. The athlete first signed with PUMA in 2005, at the age of 19.

The running shoes stand out from the crowd due to its extensive lacing system. There are five lacing options available, including options suited for runners with wide feet, narrow footed athletes or for runners looking for an added bit of stability.

Additionally, the sneakers also feature a netting upper, with each hole wide enough to lace through. This allows wearers to customize the sneakers’ lacing system to best fit them and their running style.

Other features include an EVA Ignite midsole as well as an EverTrack+ cushioning which reportedly makes the shoes 43% lighter, while providing the runner with on-feet comfort.
