Pharrell broke down on the Oprah Prime show when the host played him a video montage of fans all over the world dancing to his hit song, Happy.
Amid tears, he said, “It’s overwhelming because I love what I do and people have believed in me for so long that I can make it to this point, to feel that.”
It’s been a great year for Pharrell. First it was Blurred Lines, then Get Lucky, and now, there’s Happy. Pharrell also signed a collaboration deal with adidas Originals this year. Now, what’s there not to be happy about?
