Er, they do, actually. In fact, Reebok incorporated into the shoe technology gleaned from the medical field and aerospace industry. The iconic pump on the Insta Pump Fury was inspired by a mini electric pump found in a medical device manufacturing show, which the Reebok designers visited. The Hexalite sole was inspired by similar materials used on the SR-21 spy plane for its lightweight impact protection and support. These technologies make the Insta Pump Fury the “concept car” of sneakers.
