The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 sports a range of impressive features packed into a fairly affordable smartphone.
According to TechCrunch, Xiaomi claims that its Mi Max 2 will provide users with 18 hours of video watching or 57 hours of call time when charged to its full capacity.
Xiaomi also claims that each full charge of the Mi Max 2 will power the smartphone for two days.
Other key features packed into the Xiaomi smartphone include a 4GB RAM, 12MP rear camera, 5 MP front-facing camera, a fingerprint sensor on the rear, and up to 128GB of storage housed in a smartphone that looks a lot like the iPhone.
Despite its impressive range of features, the Mi Max 2 will retail at the affordable price of CNY1,699 (approx. S$343) for the smaller 64GB version and CNY1,999 (approx. S$404) for the 128GB version.
The Mi Max 2 will be available in China first, from Thursday, June 1. It is unclear whether the smartphone will be available outside of China but with the Mi Max 1 already available in Singapore, there’s a high chance the Mi Max 2 will be for sale in Singapore at some point.
