Same old, same old: According to Instagram leak page @py_rates, the two new Dunks will sport a similar construction as seen on the collegiate Off-White x Nike Dunk Lows released in 2019. You can expect the same double lacing set up, deconstructed design cues and the iconic zip tag being applied to retro basketball silhouette.
The new collaboration explores a new set of material choices with one showing clear skating influences. The leaked images from @nollege.tx show one of the colorways which has been given a mix of black leather and hairy suede – a staple combination on many SB Dunks. This combination is the first of its kind for Virgil Abloh and the Off-White x Nike collaboration.
Compulsory triple black colorway: Virgil Abloh has always had an affinity for the triple black colorway and has applied it to almost every sneaker he has released. In a way, these triple-black Off-White x Nike Dunks Lows should come as no surprise.
