The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 2 “Airness” is due for a second online drop on June 4. The pair was officially unveiled in A Ma Maniére’s short film “Your Airness” and was first launched on A Ma Maniére’s website on May 13.
A Ma Maniére’s take on the Air Jordan 2 is a luxury spin on the neo-vintage trend. It features suede on the upper with a lizard skin print on the midsole. Hits of burgundy add to the luxurious feel of the shoe.
Each pair comes with shoelaces in three colors, green, brown, and beige. The white and brown lace tips carry the word “work” and on the green, “harder”.
“The goal for this project is just to inspire. Inspire others, inspire them to find their greatness inside of themselves,” said James Whitner, owner and founder of Whitaker group, which also owns A Ma Maniére (source: Nike).
This Air Jordan 2 is the third drop by the duo, which comes after Jordan 1 Retro High OG and Jordan 3 Retro.
