Adidas draws inspiration from Superstar for latest 4D Runner

Adidas borrowed the classic color blocking of the Superstar and applied it to the Adidas 4D Run 1.0.

The new Adidas 4D Run 1.0 will come in a simple white and black colorway – staying true to the classic sneaker.

Adidas has given the classic Superstar look a modern twist with its latest Adidas 4D Run 1.0. Their latest futuristic runner takes on the classic black and white colorway, which is set atop the light green, 3D printed midsole.

This new take on the Adidas 4D Run 1.0 sees most of the uppers being constructed from a white textile fabric, with black stripes on the side, heel clip at the rear and black rubber outsole.

White overlays are used at the mudguard up front and around the heel cap. The Adidas logo on the rear overlay provides a flash of gold to the otherwise minimalist uppers.

The sneaker is slated to drop on April 2, for US$220 (approx. S$312.50) at Adidas.com and select retailers. Stay tuned for details on a Singapore release.
