Experience tells us to expect unique releases in the days surrounding Air Max Day on March 26. That’s certainly the case this year, with the Air Jordan 3 Tinker “Air Max 1” launching on March 30. This unique iteration is a beautiful mashup of two icons, with the Air Jordan 3’s original design taking on the original colorway of Nike’s first Air Max sneaker.
The sneaker features premium tumbled leather uppers, dressed in the clean yet iconic University Red and white colors. But it gets better. The Air Jordan 3 Tinker “Air Max 1” will come with interchangeable Swooshes as well – one in elephant print, one in University Red, and another reflective version, on top of the default white. Further details include Tinker Hatfield’s signature on the back of the sneaker’s tongue.
The Air Jordan 3 Tinker “Air Max 1” will officially drop on March 30, but keep your eyes peeled for more information on local release details.
