“Unlimited Future”, a short film that’s part of Nike’s latest “Unlimited Campaign”, sees the brand tracing the beginnings of greatness by throwing it way back to when the athletic greats were just babies.
In the film, Cannavale walks into a nursery lined up with baby cots. In some of these cots lie baby versions of Neymar Jr., Serena Williams, LeBron James, Mo Farah and Zhou Qi.
He puts an abrupt stop to the idyllic nursery music and delivers a tough-talk speech that begins, “Listen up, babies. Life’s not fair.”
He continues: “You don’t decide how your story begins…but, you do get to decide how it ends.”
The film was created by Weiden + Kennedy and directed by Damien Chazelle.
