First released in 2008, the Nike Dunk Pine Green was inspired by one of the most competitive school teams in the US – the Michigan State Spartans. On September 18, Nike will re-release the collegiate footwear, this time in a darker shade of green inspired by the team colors.
In the same vein as the “Be True To Your School” pack, the Dunk High Spartan Green is given the traditional combination of a white leather base with dark green leather overlays. To complete the two-tone colorway, the sneaker is given a white midsole set upon a dark green outsole.
