According to an announcement by Fallout 4’s developer, Bethesda Game Studios, the game will be free to Xbox Live Gold Members and Steam users from Thursday, May 25 to Sunday, May 28.
Although PlayStation 4 players won’t have free access to Fallout 4, they’ll be able to buy the game at a 67% discount this weekend. This discount is offered on Steam and Xbox Live as well.
Released in November 2015, Fallout 4 was considered a critical and commercial success. In addition to its 9.5 rating from IGN, it was also the third best-selling game in the US that year
Fallout 4 is currently going for S$79 on Steam. If you’re thinking about buying it, hold that thought and try the game out for free this weekend.
