Nike Air Force 1 “Colin Kaepernick”
December 28
Sometimes, kneeling for your community is the most powerful thing you can do. And no one exemplifies this better than Colin Kaepernick – who started a movement by kneeling during the US national anthem to raise awareness about the violence and discrimination black people face in America. Though it cost him his career, Nike has continued to support Colin. Part of that includes giving him his own Air Force 1. The Air Force 1 “Colin Kaepernick” comes with smooth black leather uppers and a gradient Swoosh. The tongue tabs feature his logo and you can find his face on the heel tabs. To properly commemorate Colin’s protest and activism, the outsoles proudly showcase the date he first took the knee – August 14, 2016. You can cop these sneakers at End Clothing and Size?.
