The newest eyewear collection from Mystic Vintage pairs modern-day vanity with old-school design.
Mystic Vintage, the brand that brought you the Lullaby frame in 2010, has launched Flinders, the first of its two art-themed eyewear collections that take inspiration from art capitals around the world.
The Flinders series is inspired by the quirky art districts surrounding Flinders Street Station in Melbourne, Australia. Each features a metal arc placed across the frames – a design element reminiscent of early 18th century eyewear, where only a simple arched bridge connected the eye rims.
Notable quotes by popular artists such as Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Salvador Dali are engraved on the temples of each frame and add a touch of sophistication to the glasses.
Flinders is available in three colorways – Black, Black & White Tortoiseshell and 2-Tone Tortoiseshell and retails for S$280 each at Leftfoot Entrepôt, P.V.S, Temporium and Tyrwhitt General Company.
