The Nike Air Sock Racer Ultra Flyknit is the classic Sock Racer with a fresh new upper.
Other notable changes include redesigned sneaker buckles and Nike Zoom cushioning in the heel area.
To recap, the Nike Air Sock Racer was first released more than three decades ago. Originally made for marathon runners to withstand a 26-mile run with ease, the sneakers were designed by Bruce Kilgore – the same designer behind the iconic Nike Air Force 1 and the Air Jordan 2 silhouette.
The updated Nike Air Sock Racer Ultra Flyknit will set you back US$130 (approx. S$181.27). The shoe drops Thursday, April 27. Those interested in copping the upcoming sneakers can do so online and at select Nike retail stores.
