If shoes are a reflection of one’s personality, then Nike takes that idea another step further with the Roshe Flyknit Reimagined.
Nike’s Flyknit technology and Roshe Run sneakers may have been around for quite some time, but it was only recently that the brand combined both technologies to create the Nike Roshe Flyknit. This new sneaker’s upper consists of Flyknit material that’s the result of 12 colors of excess yarn – left on spools from other Nike Flyknit models – being threaded together in random order.
Imaginably, no two Nike Roshe Flyknits are identical. Each half in a pair has its own unique color blend. This process is not only innovative, but also reduces wastage in the manufacturing process. It’s also fitting that Flyknit material has been used on the Roshe, a silhouette known for its simplicity, ultra-light cushioning and comfort. Wearers of the Nike Roshe Flyknit can look forward to added breathability and a more comfortable stride.
