Obama Receives a Custom Pair of Air Jordan 11Lab4

Who knew the President of the United States was a fan of sneakers? Now it’s only a matter of time till we spot the Air Jordan 11Lab4 on Obama’s feet.

President Barack Obama recently visited the Nike World Headquarters in Oregon to discuss shoe manufacturing processes and the Trans-Pacific partnership that would affect Nike, among other businesses, to a certain degree.

During the visit, Nike gifted the POTUS with a limited Jordan sneaker named the Jordan MTM, the result of a joint effort between Nike CEO Mark Parker, Nike design Legend Tinker Hatfield and his Airness Michael Jordan. The shoe is rumored to bear the color of the flag of the United States, red, white and blue. At this point, pictures of the Jordan MTM have not surfaced.

In the meantime, Obama was treated to a custom pair of the recently released Air Jordan 11Lab4, which bore the presidential seal on the tongue of the shoe. This dime is housed in a special box with the presidential seal imprinted under the lid. Will this lead to a spike in resell prices of the 11Lab4? Wait and see.
