The “Stripes” Off-White x Converse Singapore launch is happening next Tuesday, October 9. According to DSM Singapore, only the white iteration will launch in-stores (via online raffle) and on its E-FLASH online platform, retailing at S$210.
These will be releasing at Limited Edt as well, however, no release details are available at the moment. Stay tuned for more information.
The translucent Off-White x Converse Chuck 70 collab will get a follow-up soon. After early photos and leaks of the mismatched pair of Chuck 70s, Virgil seems to have taken a different route with this new release.
This time the shoe comes with a solid canvas upper in two colorways: black and white. The most striking feature of this iteration is the midsole, which comes with diagonal stripes similar to some of Off-White’s in-house sneakers. Other details on the Off-White collaboration include the orange tag on the edge of the Converse logo, the orange zip-tie as well as the stylized word ‘”Shoelaces”‘ printed on the laces.
However, there are some details that are unique to this particular model and release. The Off-White branding in Helvetica font is found on the outer side of the sneaker just under the Converse logo. A co-branded Converse and Off-White logo can be found on the insole of the sneaker while behind the tongue of the right shoe, in the space for the ‘”Player’s Name”‘, we see a smaller Off-White logo. Both colorways will come with an orange colored sole.
The Off-White x Converse “Stripes” will be available in Singapore on October 9 at Dover Street Market Singapore and Limited Edt. Stay tuned to this page for updates on the release mechanics.
