A religious doomsday cult awaits you in Hope Country, Montana – the setting for Ubisoft’s new open-world shooter, Far Cry 5.
According to Ubisoft, players will be leading a resistance against a fanatical doomsday cult led by charismatic prophet Joseph Seed.
Taking place in a fictional Hope County, players are free to explore rivers, lands and skies with the “largest customizable weapon and vehicle roster ever” in any Far Cry game.
In addition, players will also be able to recruit allies to fight for them, command wild animals to attack enemies, and even commandeer planes to engage in aerial dogfights.
The game is set for release on February 27, 2018. It will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
